Cancellation Window
You may request cancellation before the order is packed and dispatched. Once shipment is handed to courier, cancellation may not be possible from our side.
Early cancellation requests are processed faster and help avoid logistics costs.
- Best time to cancel: immediately after placing order.
- Cancellation requests are handled on business days.
- Order status confirmation is required before approval.
Section 02
Orders Already Dispatched
If an order is already dispatched, direct cancellation is generally unavailable. In such cases, you may refuse delivery where allowed, or initiate return according to return eligibility.
- Courier in-transit orders cannot always be intercepted.
- Reverse logistics charges may apply in select cases.
- Damaged or wrong product concerns should be reported with proof.
Section 03
Refund for Cancelled Orders
For prepaid orders cancelled successfully before dispatch, full refund is initiated to original payment source.
Refund completion depends on payment gateway and banking timelines.
- UPI and wallet refunds are usually faster.
- Card and netbanking refunds can take 5-10 business days.
- COD order cancellations do not involve payment reversal.
Section 04
Exceptional Cases
Bomma Kada may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment verification issues, pricing errors, or serviceability constraints. In such cases, prepaid amounts are refunded in full.
- Customers are notified in case of store-side cancellation.
- Alternative product suggestions may be offered when available.
- Support team can help with reorder assistance.
