Order Processing and Dispatch
Orders are processed on business days only. Once payment and order details are confirmed, the fulfillment team prepares your shipment and hands it over to the courier partner.
Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or during high-demand sales may require additional preparation time.
- Standard processing time: 1-2 business days.
- Bulk or custom orders may take longer and will be informed separately.
- Address or phone verification may be required before dispatch.

Shipping Coverage and Timelines
We currently ship across most serviceable locations in India through trusted courier networks. Delivery timelines depend on destination city, weather, and courier operations.
- Metro cities: usually 3-5 business days after dispatch.
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: usually 4-7 business days.
- Remote areas: timeline may extend based on courier route availability.

Shipping Charges and Tracking
Shipping charges, if any, are shown clearly at checkout before payment. After dispatch, you will receive tracking details through the registered contact channel.
- Courier and tracking details are shared once shipment is booked.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking link activation.
- If tracking shows delay for more than 48 hours, contact support for escalation.
Section 04
Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries
Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If the shipment is returned due to incorrect address, unreachable number, or repeated delivery failures, re-shipping may attract additional charges.
- Keep phone line reachable around expected delivery date.
- Provide accurate landmark and pin code while placing order.
- Unclaimed returns may be handled as per cancellation and return policy.
